A big milestone has been hit by Valve for the Steam Deck, and SteamOS for other devices like the Steam Machine, with over 30,000 Verified + Playable games.
Some games I have no clue how they managed their Deck verification. Monster Hunter Wilds recently got it, and there is just no way that game can run smoothly on that thing.
Runs pretty well. Lots of texture pop-in and the only place I have slowdowns is when the seasons are “plenty” and there is extra vegetation in the plains and jungle.
Not perfect but playable. I probably could get more out of it by lowering textures and additional character animations.
