We’re all at least a little complicit, but if you attend and help organise rallies, write to politicians, and vote left wing, you’re less complicit than the people who do nothing.

Ironically, I’ve never heard any complaints about Japanese tourists, as they often arrived well-educated about local customs and behave respectfully.
