I see where you’re coming from and I agree with a lot of it. IMO though no matter what you do, racists will always find a way to treat you worse because it’s nothing rational. I wasn’t even born yet but apparently still in the 70s/80s Germans had a huge hatred between Catholics and Protestants and they also treated German refugees from Eastern territories after WW2 the same way they treat refugees from Syria or Afghanistan today. Hell, Syrian refugees in Lebanon & Jordan have faced crazy racism and they are literally the same people if it wasn’t for imaginary borders drawn by the British a hundred years ago.
