They are all talk and no action. Don’t worry.

They haven’t been able to properly implant a tariff and that’s the simplest thing in the world.

Everyone always brings Estonia when talking about digital administration.

But here in Spain I have never had to go to a government office to bring papers for more than a decade, everything can be done online. I’m not sure what can be done digitally in Estonia that couldn’t be done in Spain. But I’m really curious.
