I noticed mine was sent to UK from Netherlands (while it should go to Germany) I notified steam support, and aside from telling me they know of the issue, they let me choose a free game as compensation

Even with tracking looking good, I recommend contacting Valve support. They’re really helpful (and as they are the contract partner for GLS, only they can file a complaint with them).
