Sadly, they specified “standard edition game available in your region”. An my region isn’t “Valve office” :(
My tracking looked good but the package shop said they didnt receive it. Now the controller is im Limbo
Even with tracking looking good, I recommend contacting Valve support. They’re really helpful (and as they are the contract partner for GLS, only they can file a complaint with them).
They didn’t offer that to me. And in my case they send it not only to uk but also to the wrong city.
Ask again in a different support ticket.

Took gls 2 weeks to ship it to me. Ordered it launch day.
Got mine from first batch. I’m in Germany too and mine was sent to Netherlands first. It went smooth and got it at expected arrival time between 11:00 and 13:00 clock. So this should be expected. Also in between my wait time of a few days, there was a blackout time of the GLS tracking, when it didn’t show anything. I thought I might not get it, but after hours later the tracking went live again. I think this happened in the warehouses when it arrived at Netherlands and later in Germany.
Netherlands is the location of the warehouse, so that is expected. But it seems a whole batch was misrouted from there to the UK and then back to the warehouse, delaying everything by a week. Mine was shipped on the 15th and hasn’t arrived yet.
I feel sorry for the wait and uncertainty; its the worst (not literally off course). Lot of people report in forums that they did not get it. At least you got a free game of choice. For that it was probably a nice and not bad at all. In fact, I would have traded the wait for a compensation, lol. So enjoy the game.

Tbh, same. I mostly reached out to support, because I was unsure if the package was getting lost in the wrong country. The delay doesn’t matter much to me, I waited for a new controller since first playing on a steam deck, a week more is nothing.
